Technogym Spec Library: Verification by the Numbers

A concise procurement workspace for reference values, document status, test conditions, trade-offs, and release gates.

Six fields every model review should resolve

4.0 CHP

Motor reference

A screening example for treadmill drive class, not a substitute for model rating or measured site load.

22 × 62 in

Running reference

Useful for comparing deck geometry; user fit and surrounding clearance require separate evaluation.

500 lb / 227 kg

User-load reference

Applicable only where the final model data confirms this rating and required operating conditions.

300 lb / 136 kg

Stack reference

A strength-stack screening value; increments, cable ratio, and exercise geometry affect practical loading.

2 routes

Resistance selection

Selectorized resistance supports rapid changes; plate-loaded equipment supports a different training and service model.

4 gates

Release control

Input review, model submittal, site verification, and commissioning produce a reproducible project trail.

Selection considerations

DecisionRoute ARoute BVerify
Strength resistanceSelectorized: fast changes, broad user accessPlate-loaded: strength-focused use, plate handlingUser skill, supervision, storage, exercise envelope
Treadmill driveCurved self-powered: sprint emphasis, no drive motorMotorized: programmed speed, incline, deck systemsProgramming, acoustics, electricity, maintenance
Console connectivityConnected: accounts, content, telemetryStandalone: simpler network dependencyPrivacy, bandwidth, update policy, support horizon

Technical limits

Reference figures vary by exact model, region, software revision, electrical configuration, user behavior, and test method. Connected features depend on network availability and service terms. Energy use depends on load and program. Wear intervals depend on hours, environment, cleaning, adjustment, and preventive care.

Reproducible verification sequence

1. Freeze inputs

Record plan revision, operating hours, user profile, utilities, access, and applicable local requirements.

2. Name the model

Attach the exact data sheet, installation manual, declaration or listing, and software or console version.

3. Check conditions

Confirm the rating and test context; distinguish reference values from project acceptance values.

4. Inspect the site

Measure critical geometry and confirm utilities against the released drawing before placement.

5. Commission and retain

Run manufacturer checks, record results and exceptions, obtain sign-off, and retain the lifecycle file.

Request the exact model file

Include market, quantity, room plan, operating profile, and target installation date.
